PLEASE NOTE: The following terms of use are for individual consumer use only. Please read them carefully to make sure you agree in full and are prepared to abide by them before you place your order. The sale of any product on this site is contingent on the customer’s agreement to and acceptance of Schoodie Terms of Use. Schoodie reserves the sole right and at its sole discretion, to, from time to time, amend or modify these terms of use.
Unless otherwise denoted in writing by Schoodie, all purchases from this site are subject to these Terms of Use. With regards to your access to and use of the Schoodie.eu internet site, both are governed by all applicable regulations and laws, as well as these Terms of Use, and any amendments made to these Terms of Use by Schoodie .

Changes to the Terms of Use
Schoodie retains the right too, at any time, and from time to time, either amend the aforementioned Terms of Use or to enforce new ones regarding customer’s use of or access to this website. These amended or new terms of use will take effect immediately upon publication on the Schoodie website. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to from time to time review these Terms of Use for amendments that might concern his or her rights or obligations. The customer agrees he is notified of and obligated by any amendment to these Terms of Use by Schoodie. Schoodie shall consider any use or access to this website by the customer after notice of amendments to these Terms of Use to be deemed customer’s compliance to such amendments.

Payment Terms
PayPal is accepted. You do not require a PayPal account to pay for goods. You may enter your card details on the PayPal payment page without registering for an account.

Shipping
We will always do our best to send out your items as soon as possible. It is normal for our inventory to fluctuate, especially with regard to seasonal items. Standard delivery services used are UK Mail, DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes and UPS. Shipping delays are not the seller's responsibility.
If a signature is required for a residential delivery, customer must notify seller at the time of purchase. If goods are lost or stolen as a result, seller is not responsible.
The "ship my items as soon as they become available" option indicates that a customer may receive items from a single order in multiple shipments. In most cases, this means “In Stock” items will ship first, then any back ordered items.

Notice of Defects
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items when received and is to notify seller within 7 days of receipt in writing of any damages. Damages can result from an item defect like poor quality, a specific flaw, item shortages, or late delivery. Seller is not responsible for third party shortages. CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, ALTERED OR LAUNDERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER. Incorrect or damaged items must be sent back to Schoodie for credit after filling out our return form.

Returns and Cancellations
If a return or exchange is authorised, it needs to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. A Return/Exchange From must be included with the merchandise and the customer will need to pay for the shipping or freight charges. Schoodie.eu is not responsible for return shipments that are lost. Items that were on "sale" are final sales and cannot be returned. Incorrect or damaged items must be returned to Schoodie.eu for an exchange. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label for incorrect or damaged items.

Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after the cancellation date or returned item(s) has been received.

Late or Defective Merchandise Acceptance
If a customer does not notify the seller with a claim regarding late or defective merchandise within the time allotted and in the manner described here, the customer waives rights to any claim.

Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colours
The seller has the right to change prices without notice. Ordered items will be shipped at current shipping rates. Schoodie.eu may discontinue colours, sizes, fabrics or styles at its discretion. All orders are subject to availability. Promotional coupons, codes and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions at checkout or applied to gift certificates or previous purchases. Tax, shipping and processing are not included in discounts.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
COLOUR, SIZE, SHADE AND CONSTRUCTION OF MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BY THE SELLER. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED BY THE SELLER. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANDISE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IMPLIED AND EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF THIS REGARD ARE EXCLUDED FROM TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND SELLER.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES AS ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE CUSTOMER. THESE DAMAGES INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES, PERSONAL INJURIES OR DEATH THAT RESULTS FROM THE SALE OR USE OF MERCHANDISE.

Outside Vendors Have No Liability
Seller is not liable for third party vendor work. Third parties waive the right to make claims for negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.

Jurisdiction/Governing Law
Seller is based in London, United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are to be interpreted and governed under the laws of the United Kingdom. If any court with competent jurisdiction finds any provision in these Terms and Conditions of Sale to be invalid, it will not affect the rest of the provisions outlined here.

Force Majeure
Both the Seller and the Customer are not liable to one another when delays in their obligations are the result of war (declared or undeclared), acts of God, terrorism, government regulation, strikes, civil disorder, disaster, curtailment of transportation facilities or similar occurrences that are beyond the seller or customer's control that would make it impractical, illegal or impossible to perform its obligations as outlined in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Everything published on Schoodie.eu including text, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio and video clips are protected under the law by copyrights while are owned by either Schoodie.eu or another credited party. The website itself is copyrighted as a collective work as outlined in the United Kingdom copyright laws. You are to abide by copyright notices provided in this website and any other restrictions contained herein. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute material from Schoodie.eu or any other website operated by Schoodie.eu. One copy of the materials may be downloaded on one computer for your noncommercial, personal use in your home. You may print one hard copy of this material as well for your noncommercial, personal use in your home, provided copyright and any other included proprietary notices remain intact. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you agree that any claim or cause of action that comes out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are to be filed within 1 year of the claim.
