Delivery Information
Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We usually use UK Mail, Royal Mail or Hermes for our deliveries. On certain occassions, it might be necessary for us to use an alternative courier.
All of our UK deliveries are FREE and are made within 5 working days (although usually faster!) Delivery charges to other countries vary and will be displayed at checkout.
International deliveries can take up to 10 working days based on location. Currently, we are able to deliver to most countries in Western Europe as well as the USA. If you are located in another country and wish to make a purchase, please e-mail [email protected] as we might be able to help.
In most cases, we will provide you with a dispatch notification and tracking link for your convenience. Please note that delivery times are provided as an estimate; seasonal demand and other market conditions are out of our control but please rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your delivery out to you as soon as we can.
